7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nebaura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to search engine rankings, website traffic, or revenue increases.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
